Welcome to ClipsPilot! By using the ClipsPilot web application and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of our AI video creation and social publishing tools.

ClipsPilot helps you generate short-form videos and publish or schedule them to connected social accounts. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account Creation

To access certain features of ClipsPilot, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClipsPilot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

3. Premium Features & Subscriptions

Free vs. Premium

ClipsPilot offers both free and premium features. Premium features may include:

• Advanced studio and scheduling features
• Higher generation and publishing limits
• Cloud backup and synchronization
• Priority customer support
• Priority support for publishing integrations

Subscription Terms

Premium features are available through subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the specified subscription fee
• Allow automatic renewal unless canceled
• Provide valid payment information
• Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges

4. Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid subscriptions

Premium access is sold as paid auto-renewing subscriptions through our website checkout. New subscriptions may include a free trial (currently 7 days) when offered at checkout; you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first. After any trial, fees are charged according to the plan you select (monthly or annual billing) at the price shown at purchase. You can cancel before renewal to avoid future charges using the billing portal link provided after checkout or by contacting support.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with ClipsPilot. If you're not happy with your premium subscription:

• Monthly Subscriptions: Full refund within 30 days of charge
• Annual Subscriptions: Full refund within 30 days of charge
• After Refund Window: No refunds available

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key privacy principles:

• Your generated videos and scheduled posts are stored on our servers
• Cloud backup is optional and encrypted
• We don't sell or share your personal data
• You control what information you share

6. Intellectual Property

ClipsPilot and all related content, including but not limited to the App, software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ClipsPilot for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but ClipsPilot is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
• Specific results from using the App
• That the App will meet all your requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ClipsPilot.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use ClipsPilot to:

• Track illegal or harmful activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App
• Use automated systems to access the App

9. Updates & Changes

App Updates

We may update ClipsPilot from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Updates may be automatic or require your action.

Terms Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration.
